Shipping
FREE shipping for all orders shipped in the US.
Your order is made in house and processed in 2-3 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS from our warehouse in Idaho. Shipping times through USPS may vary due to your location.
We ship packages with delivery confirmation to the address provided during checkout. If you give us the incorrect address you are responsible for the lost package and the additional shipping fees to get the item shipped back to the correct address. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.
Shipping to Canada: All orders ship for a flat fee of $20.00. We are not responsible for any additional customs charges once the package leaves the US.

Return/Exchange Policy

If you purchased Redo coverage with your order, you can start a return or exchange through our return portal and get:
• Free return shipping
• Easy exchanges for a different size/style
• Faster processing
If your clothing item(s) does not fit or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer an exchange or full refund upon met conditions:
All items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible- ie: unworn, unwashed, un-altered, free of marks and make-up stains, free of animal hair, perfume and deodorant scents.
You must notify us of your intentions to return an item(s) within 14 days of receipt and all items must be returned and received at our location within 30 days from original receipt.
If you attempt to return an item that does not meet the above criteria, we will not offer a refund or exchange nor will we be responsible or obligated to return any items to you.
There are no returns or exchanges on clearance or grab bags.
If you meet the requirements and would like to return an item, please use our Contact Us page to let us know which item(s) including item number you are returning and the reason for your return.
Please be sure to include the order number, your name, and contact information. We will send you the information needed to process the return. If you have not purchased unlimited returns/exchanges you will be responsible for any shipping charges associated with an exchange or return of any item(s). If you are shipping yourself, we strongly encourage using delivery confirmation for your return package as we will not be responsible for any packages lost in transit. Once we receive your returned item(s) they will be processed within 3-5 business days.
